Pharmacies offer a prescription collection service from our Practice. We encourage all patients to use this service and collect their medication directly from the pharmacy.
When ordering a prescription please allow a minimum of 2 working days for this to reach the chemist.
The Practice makes no guarantee that same day requests will be completed in this timeframe and where patients require an emergency supply of medication, this can be requested from the local pharmacy.
This Practice does not routinely phone or e-mail prescriptions to chemists. This is only done where there is an urgent clinical need, as decided by our clinicians.
