If you wish to register with the practice you will be asked to complete our GP registration pack. This can be downloaded from and uploaded to our website, below.
Patients are advised to the read the NHS counter-fraud declaration before signing the registration form.
Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor. We will request proof of address. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this).
Practice Boundary
Our boundary extends in a circular fashion from Peterculter to Cults (west of School Road and Quarry Road, Cults) on the east, to Park and Drumoak on the west, Wester Ord on the north and south to parts of Durris. Please check with the practice before registering if the boundary needs further clarification.
Registrations / Records
The Practice aims to have patient registered within 10 working days of the Practice receiving the fully completed forms. Medical treatment is available from the date of registration, where you require urgent assessment. Please contact the Care Navigation team for further information.
Your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice, longer if you are registering from England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
If you are registering with a Scottish GP practice for the first time, having moved from outside the UK, we will not routinely receive your medical records and would ask that you provide a copy of these if available.
We would recommend ensuring you have enough of any regular medication to last a month before registering with a new practice, this should be requested from your previous practice.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP. For example, you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
