In order to register with the practice you should bring along your NHS medical card. If you don’t have a medical card the receptionist will ask you to complete a form. All new patients will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire and will be asked to make an appointment for a health check with one of our nurses when they register.
Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor. You will need to bring along photographic ID and proof of address. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this).
Our boundary extends in a circular fashion from Peterculter to Cults (west of School Road and Quarry Road,Cults) on the east, to Park and Drumoak on the west, Wester Ord on the north and south to parts of Durris. Please check with the practice before registering if the boundary needs further clarification.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information. An online registration service will be introduced in the future.
Your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP. For example, you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
